Still doing what I want to!

This goal of this site is to help guys over 40 be their BEST. You will discover how to fight back against health issues like gaining weight, ED, fatigue, aches/pains, pre hypertension, pre diabetes and more.

I see too many guys our age (40+) who are struggling physically. They are overweight, on medications, having surgery for weight loss, getting stints for their heart, and all sorts of other health issues.

I am over 50 and can still do most physical activities I want, am not on any medications and have normal lab values. My wife and I have researched and employed various tools, techniques, and programs over the years that have evolved into a strategy for being our best physically. We have helped hundreds of others do the same.

Now I want to share that with you.

I have been active for most of my life, but working long hours and neglecting my health during my 30s took a toll. My wife and I turned a corner in 2000 by completing Bill Philips’ Body for LIFE challenge. We have been improving our health strategy every year since then.

Why listen to me? I have some education that applies – a bachelors degree in Science Education, a Masters degree in Instructional Technolgy and I’m completing a Masters degree in Theology –  but the best credential I have is my success.
